It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. Called numerous times on several different days during their working hours, and never once did I reach the receptionist. I'm not convinced that anyone actually answers the phone! Requiring your patients to "leave a message" to make appointments or get answers to questions is not smart business....

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Very friendly staff and the dentist is very professional.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
