This is for those of you considering using Dr. Marcus as your children’s dentist—DON”T! We have been going to him for many years. Each visit my son is told that he has several cavities, mostly fixing the ones he’s has already done, that fell out or the cavity got under the filling. This is probably because Dr. Marcus is on the phone taking personal calls while we sit and listen for most of our visit. Our last visit I was told my son had four new cavities. I decided to go for a second opinion this time. I was told two of these were from bad fillings. The new ones were not even cavities but obviously a dentist trying to make money off of innocent children. Going to the dentist should not be "buyer beware", but trust…and you don’t get that from there.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I will never take my children to another dentist as long as Dr Marcus is available. He is the best children's dentist , I have never had a problem with rudeness or disrespect

I really like Dr Marcus! His office staff is terrible! They are not kid friendly at all the hygenist didn't speck to my child the whole time she was cleaning her teeth. My daughter is 5. Front office staff is rude! Dentist helper or whatever you may call them is 100% a grump all the time! I have been going there just because of Dr M but I am really thinking about finding a new Ped Dentist!
