They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only could I tell that the staff practiced good oral hygiene themselves. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. The staff is excellent and caring, they make you feel right at home. It's the small practice that allows them the extra time and concern

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
