They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They know exactly what they are doing and the small staff makes sure you are well taken care of. They make sure they go over everything they are doing and why. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. The thing I love most about them is the customer service, they actually know YOU, it doesn't feel like you're just another patient. My husband and i started coming here about a two months ago and they remember details about us and our newborn, its like visiting family members(that you like) lol. Definitely go!
