They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.
