I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
