They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
