Sure the dentist is smart and knows her stuff, that's what she went to school for. And yes she is polite, her community appearance depends on it. THE TRUTH is she is too busy to take are of her patience. TRUTH is she will cancel your appointments. TRUTH is she will ask you to move yours up to Convenience herself but will REFUSE to help you when you need her!

This dentist's billing clerk was out sick when I tried to settle a $64 balance, they had previously debited my bank card and when they didn't take the money in July I called twice and was told they would call me back, they never called and I was served a court summons for the $64, my mother paid the balance today but I still have to appear in court next month. Mind you this is after this lady received almost $2000 from the Credit Care, the credit card company from HE//. I was charged $600 for a mouth guard that she advertised on sale a few weeks later for $99, steer clear of this lady, worse dental practice in Macomb County.
