I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
