I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. They are trulely a good dentst office who does extremely good and professional work . I was comfortable.

I had an emergency problem and called the McNichols Dental Clinic for service. It had been over ten years since I had been to the clinic and decided to go back because the dentist, Dr. Ilich had provided good service in the past. I must say that the service I received was excellent. The staff, from the initial phone call with the receptionist, the staff in between, to my seeing the dentist, all provided the best service. While the office is not all that fancy and plush the service is what matters most to me and it was the best! I would recommend this dentist, Dr. Ilich, and his staff to anyone seeking professional, friendly, quality service. I am an extremely pleased customer. Denise Howard
