I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Dr. Linz is an excellent physician. I only began seeing him myself about a year an a half ago on the suggestion of my parents who saw him for years before a chance in their insurance forced them to move to another doctor. He is always clear in both his diagnosis and treatment plans and taking time to make sure that I understand fully what's going on. Unusually among doctors, at least in my experience, he's perfectly willing to admit when something is beyond him and when it is time to discuss a referral to a specialist.

The only downside is that I did find his offices difficult to fine the first time. After that though, I've had no trouble at all.
