They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
