They were most helpful by fitting me in as a new patient with an awful toothache. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I was able to choose the right treatment plan. Everyone there was very nice. They have the best equipment and a great location (with a beautiful view of the lake). Clearly, they are the experts in the field, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Yes, I felt informed when I left

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
