I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. When I left my appointment I was so pleased with my experience that I knew right then I would recommend them to everyone I know. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Dr. Switch is professional, yet friendly.
