They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was most frustrated with the explanation of payment. Personally I think that services should be run through insurance before we have to make a payment. Instead I was informed that I had to contact my insurance company personally and find out what they would cover, and how much I would have to pay myself. Then I was told I had to pay what insurance wouldn't cover at the time of service. That is ridiculous! I could understand a copay, but I didn't have the money to shell out right then to cover everything, and I've been suffering from migraines and infections for over a year because of this. I had to wait an additional year to be able to pay up front to have my wisdom teeth removed, all because I was told I wouldn't be able to make payments and I was responsible for my portion up front.
