They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
