I have been going to the office for years. I like Dr. very much but they always ahave a big turnover in staff. I was always allowed to wait for my insurance to pay before I had to pay my part. Now I am told the policy has changed and I have to pay in full my part when I am in the office for my visit. There are two dark headed girls that work in front that look alot alike and I dont want to deal with either one of them. I loved Dr. Dunning and wish he would come back to his old self of the small town mentality that we all loved.

Interesting that a site like this you can write anything without asking why to the person you're writing about. Perhaps it's easier not to face the people we gossip about. I read your reviews before going in. Yes, I saw the floors but I asked, didn't they notice them. "Yes, we are having new floors placed in on spring break. We have the floors polished regularly but that just makes them look worst." Went back in after break and floors looked the same. Was explained that because of the type of hospital grade floors being put in ((germs resistant) the wax had to be stripped so it was postponed. Next time I went in, wallah new floors! They do look very nice. Next time I went in, new paint on walls, the office looked great. Explanation, they try to update every 8-10 years. The place I always look is up and what did I notice but new ceiling tiles. When I mentioned it they told me because of the leaks and the owner slow to fix the leaks, they decided to go with a new tile instead of the regular tile of cardboard because these new ones are stain, mold and bacterial resistant. When asked about why I had to pay now instead of floating my payment till the next billing cycle like most of us like to do they explain that because they are a small business it would be impossible to keep fees down or charge interest fee loans on the amount owned. O.K. I do to have to pay for food when I eat out at the time of service and clothes when I get from the store. They don't let me wear them for months and then pay for them. I understood that they were just helping me with my insurance by offering to file it for me and that the policy is between me and my insurance company and is really my responsibility. All I can say is, if you ask nicely you'll probably get a nice answer to what is going on,I did, as well as get great service. My blood pressure checked, oral cancer screening(important to me because I have several family members with cancer)and more. Thanks Dr.D and Staff your awesome!!! WWJD
