Came in with a mask on, did NOT introduce herself, and started to inspect my son's mouth. The front desk gal came and asked her a question. She paused with her fingers and instrument IN MY SON'S MOUTH and replied to the question. I finally asked her how to say her name and without looking up she said it. I couldn't understand her with the mask on! I have nerve damage in my right ear and usually read lips. Then she rattled off a couple things to Lisa, said something to me, and before I could tell her I couldn't understand her because I don't hear out of my right ear... she left the room! Lisa was starting to explain what all Afzali had said to me, and I was asking questions and she was offering advise and suggestions with further explanation, when Afzali popped just her head around the corner and said I could make an appointment up front. Then told Lisa her 2:30 was in the waiting room. By 2:40 I was on with Aetna explaining why we needed an immediate transfer of services.
