They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. He is fantastic. Been going for 12 years.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

IDr. Sroor is conveniently located for those in eastern Jackson County. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

If you are looking for a great dental experience, go to George! He is the most laid back, easy going dentist I have found in the 45 years I have been going to any dentist! He is a perfectionist, and offers absolute PAINLESS dentistry!!! I highly recommend him! JimboS
