They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
