Very horrible experience, do not think Dr Porter has the finesse to begin with, got a cavity filled ( am not sure if it needed to be to begin with) constant pain after that for weeks now ( unclear if nerve has been irritated)
In addition was charged 35 dollars for a missed appointment (which was genuine as I was stuck at work)
Was 2 mins late and appointment was postponed.
Will not refer to Dr Porter.

Yes, it was fine

Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
