I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
