They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they were immaculate!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
