I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The employees are fabulous at Dr. Connor's office. They are very nice and they do a great job with children. My son has been going there almost 2 years now. He is never scared and can't wait to get his teeth cleaned and receive his dental "goodie" bag. I can't imagine using another dentist.
