A well organized and clean office says a lot about an organization. Their attention to detail and design make for a very presentable adult environment for parents and kid friendly and fun atmosphere for the patients. Parking is convenient and sufficient at both offices in Raleigh and Garner. I never had to build in extra time for parking. I consider this efficiency especially important for appointments scheduled during school hours. The office was also easy to find. The staff and doctors are professional and communicated options without pressure to buy services we did not need nor understand, which I really appreciated. I have never encounted problems with overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity which is the way all services should be rendered.
