I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
