Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This is by far the worst dentist I've ever seen. He's previous receptionist was charged w/ insurance fraud & now he's doing that same thing to me & he's filed a lawsuit against me & w/ a collection agency for services that I NEVER HAD PERFORMED.
