They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Provider also knew my insurance was up and promised to call for a follow up (which I NEEDED), yet never called. Sent collections after me for a bill that wasn't even my own. Very unprofessional. Worst dentist I have ever been to.
