Dr's were great ! I received good care and almost all my treatment.
I was being treated for new dentures I had never had the bottoms before so I went thru the whole treatment with them. Everything was great until I tried to go back for the relign? the girl in the office then proceeded tto give me a hard time whenever I tried to schedule an appt. The problem was I was Mass Health at the time. whenever I called them they would say it was covered then I would call her back & she would say she would look into it this went back & forth several times then she stopped calling me back altogether! Iam now trying to live with ill fitting dentures that cause sores in my mouth & embarassing situations.Also I am having problems swallowing. Unfortunately I could not refer them to anyone if they allow their office staff to behave this way or are unaware of how she treats patients.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They examined my teeth very thoroughly. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was well organized and clean.
