The dentist is very nice, the office staff is crooked. Estimations are made in the lowest best case scenario, when even the worst case is expected. Example, an estimate for a front tooth filling is given using amalgam, (silver) rather than composite (white) and as you sit in the chair after you are drilled the composite is brought up which of course is more money. So with the tooth drilled you find out that the estimate is for a silver filling and if that is all you can afford is the estimate, you get a silver front tooth. Also beware of coupons, they like to issue them, and then get out of honoring them. Example first coupon is for a free initial exam, a $56.00 value when you have xrays and a cleaning exam, when you try to use it, they say you must have the cleaning done the same day, (the coupon says when combined with cleaning exam and xray), you cannot get the cleaning done the same day you have xrays done as they only allow one hour appointments, so by the time you have your initial exam, panoramix and bitewing, and cleaning exam, hour is up......can't use the coupon...and the exam is actually $65.00, so no freebie here....again, nice dentist, crooked office, too bad.
