They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
