The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day

Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
