They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

This dentist took it upon herself to decide to install joined together caps, bridges, "baltimore bridge," etc., some ill-fitting, resulting in the need for extensive and expensive dental repairs/replacement. Had she mentioned that she wanted to do the work in this manner, I would never have consented and would have gone to a different dentist, which, I now do, to repair and replace the work that she did!
