I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.

Sometimes, but not always

Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

The office was easy enough to find. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. The dentist was VERY painful and continued to work on me despite me starting to cry. After he was done he just said "Sorry about that" and walked right out and left me with a mouth full of blood. I was billed almost three hundred dollars IN ADDITION to the $230 paid by my dental insurance plan. The dentist did not working on me more than five minutes and it was torture!
