Had this dentist then moved then came back to them thinking they changed.. very hard to get appointments. very very hard. Wait time is very long as well. It was always difficult to talk to the front desk woman as they are very rude to people. I have experienced it personally and as I was sitting waiting for my appointment I witnessed it, I wasnt the only one they are rude to. my appointment constantly got cancelled because apparently these woman can not do their jobs correctly. Then when i tried to rescheduled the front desk lady was rude once again, and gave me attitude as if i should be lucky to get an appointment and she told me 3 times - if i dont like the fact that my appointment got cancelled (which i was fine with, i JUST wanted an appointment) then i can go elsewhere. she also said she can not promise 2 teeth cleaning this year .. WHAT??? LOL its only the very beginning of June? Obviously this lady who's name starts with a "B" is very ignorant. front desk should be at the very least profresional. she is NOT. Needless to say im out of here once again and this time i will never come back and i will make sure i tell as many people as i can.
