The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
