It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
