Attn: Sir/ Madame,
On October 31, 2011r I visited the dental office of Shreyas, Shah DS. 294 Woodbridge Center Dental, P.A., Woodbridge NJ 07095 (732)750-3080 for a filling, and my second visit to the office.
On the first visit I explained to the dentist that I’m changing dentist, since I had suspicions about my previous dentist office Inman Dental Care, 3 Progress street Suite 101, Edison NJ 08820 (908)754-5252. I went on to explain my suspicions that I believe the dentist had purposely glued a tooth she did a root canal on to the tooth adjacent to the root canal. Therefore causing decay of both teeth, as I was unable to floss in-between either tooth.
The assistant Mike, who did the X-Ray, agreed that the tooth were in-fact glued together.
I have proof of this on x-rays. I felt the Dentist behavior was purposeful since she had numerous occasions where she should have realize and could have correct the problem, if it was a honest mistake, but never did. Before I realize the tooth were glued together the root canal the Dentist did became loose. The cap would rattle and shake whenever I went jogging. I made an appointment and explained to the Dentist however; she claimed the cap on the root canal had to completely fall out before she could assist me. That I did not believe and this is when I started to slowly realize the reason the floss would rip to sheds whenever I tried to get in-between those two tooth root canal and the teeth adjacent, is because they were sealed from top to bottom and side to side, not even air could pass thru them.
By this time I was in complete realization of what had happen, however some time had pass and since I don’t have the financial where it all, is dealing with a lot of similar situations, I opted to just changed dentist, hoping I would get some one decent who value his/her profession, despite the fact that I know without a doubts my previous dentist had taken liberties with me and had glued my tooth together intentionally for whatever her reasons and or profits.
Why am I so sure because she was my dentist and the only one, until now, Ds Shay, Shreyas who have decided to do the same exact thing she did.

Except since I’ve completely loss that tooth, the root canal, he has now opted to glue a perfectly fine tooth adjacent to the teeth that now needs a root canal together. Which if I cannot get unglue soon will also need a root canal or extraction. On November 1, 2011 the morning after I discovered that my new dentist ( Shay, Shreyas ) has again glued a different set of tooth together, I immediately went to the office that day only to be told that there is no dentist on staff. If this is not suspicious I don’t know what is.
A dentist office without dentist, I was told by the receptionist that no one was available to unglue my tooth, this was all I needed done but as if to had insult to injury no one was available and I was told to come. I got a note from the receptionist to prove I was there and left, and have since decided against going back there.
Now, this is not speculation, I have not gone back to Shah, Shreyas so the proof is still in my mouth along with the decaying previous root canal, since the tooth is so damage it requires a specialist to extract it.

I want an investigation of both dentist, this is more than incompetence, I believe both dentist have acted with malice and premeditation towards me, they intended upon the actions they have done. Right now I don’t know who to turn to since both of my dentist has saw fit to glue my tooth to gather for whatever reasons or profits they choosen over patients.
I believe this is malpractice and if both of these dentists truly don’t realize then maybe they should not be practicing in people’s mouth. I want a investigation into these matter for the association to contact me and do a follow up since I still have the glued tooth in my mouth and is terrified to even see a dentist since I don’t know what will happen and how far the next dentist will go.
