Sleazy, gruff manner. Some of the staff is competent, some not. Can't trust anything they say since they really push expensive procedures. No one has ever returned a call about an issue (they only call to schedule appointments) and they did not provide a required referral for a procedure with a specialist.

Find someone else.

Dr. Rosenblatt is a complete whack job!! I am a Registered Professional Nurse and have a pretty strong background in bedside manner and patient education, this woman does not deserve to be referred to by the title of Doctor. She is rude, short with her answers, and sounds annoyed and condescending when asked a question. She has a collage of what appears at first glance to be certificates of professional degrees hanging on the wall, only after sitting in her chair FOREVER do you realize they are certificates of appreciation from one day seminars. I honestly do not believe this lady is a professional. I was witness to her less than compassionate bedside manner as I waited in the room, while she told a mother she could not accompany her child of 4 years old into the room and made her wait in the waiting room. She tries to push unnecessary dental work on you such as "you have very old and not very nice dental work here, you could use some cosmetic work. When you assert yourself and tell her you can not afford cosmetic work and only want the necessary work to be done, she says very condescendingly, "knowledge is Free". Really lady, do us all a favor and hang it up, you have terrible bedside manner which is equally important when practicing medicine. Remember without your patients you have NO PRACTICE!! A little kindness goes along way , and word of advice , atleast act like you care about what your patient is feeling. No one likes a BULLY! On this last note , I went to a different dentist and needed my X-rays from this one and WOW do they make it difficult . After a letter of request and $30 charge (which she requires to be in person) I still was asked to wait over 6 days for the X-rays. Knowing I was in pain , I had to keep canceling with the new dentist until I had these X-rays. WOW ...STEER CLEAR OF THIS QUACK!
