They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
