When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
