Dr. Vallese is very honest and doesn't try to sell unnecessary services. He takes the time to show me the x-rays and explains the situation fully, with all options. He seems up to date.

However, the Dr. often seemed more concerned about his personal life than my teeth. Requests of him always seem to be a bother and were completed grudgingly. I often feel rushed out the door.

The dental hygenists have been exceptionally competent, professional, and personable.

They admin staff answered most billing and insurance questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They seem adequately staffed, as there are always seems to be at least 2 admin people, 1 dental assistant and/or nurse, and 1 dental hygenist, and yet staff always had excuses why they can't handle admin requests immediately. Everyone is polite and have good senses of humor.

The office is located above a bank, a second story walk up without an elevator. As my knees are getting bad, I may need to switch dentists. Definitely, not handicap accessible.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
