Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special.
