If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I am actively looking for someone else. The only saving grace is the fabulous staff that works for him.

Dr Borny has ignored concerns that my son and I have brought to him, both of which resulted in extensive treatment later because they weren't addressed at the time we brought them to his attention.

Here are a few examples of Doctor Borny's care:

My son's complaints of tooth pain were diagnosed as 'sensitvity' and ignored until it was so infected it was life threatening.

When I told the doctor one of my teeth was cracked, he told me it didn't matter unless it hurt. When it started to hurt, he referred me to a specialist that said if I had come in before it started to hurt, they could have saved my tooth, but now I need an implant.

When I told him it takes me longer to get numb than most people, he just injected me with an additional 10 shots of novocaine instead of giving me more time to get numb.

He did such a bad job on my molar's crown that he had to file it down until the metal was showing. Now I have an ugly crown on my bottom molar.

My son told the Doctor that he had 3 cavities, and the location of each of them. The doctor ignored him until the X-rays were done 6 months later, then he told my son he had been right and now he needs bigger fillings.

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
