I've been a patient of Dr. Balazsi's for over 30 years. I needed major restoration/crowns on all of my molars due to lack of childhood dental care. The crowns I've had since 1978 are still in perfect condition and perfect position. Superior dental care from a brilliant staff of professionals. 10 stars from this happy patient!

While they were cleaning my teeth, they kept rinsing my mouth with ridiculously cold water. It was a horribly cold shock every few minutes. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious. They RE rippoff dental care. He charges you by what he thinks he can get out of you!!!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
