I am an old patient that came in as an emergency patient. i called and was seen same day. The staff was super friendly and accommodating over the phone. I originally spoke to a young lady by the name of Liz and when i arrived at the office I was greeted buy Linda at the front desk check in who knew me by name and new that i was coming in with my emergency. I was treated and seen by the staff in the back who were efficient and friendly. My treatment and financial responsibilities were explained. Jocelin collected my copay & provided me with my next appointment. Overall A+++++ EXPERIENCE......Will recommend to everyone

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
