They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
The office lobby is a mess, dirty and unorganized. It does not get better when you travel back to the offices. THE OR suite is a mess, the chairs have stains on them. All of the staff looked like they were on vacation; jeans and t shirts. The reviews said Dr. Sims knew how to deal with special needs children. He was uncomfortable and made it clear he did not want to deal with my child.She gave him a hard time about being tipped upside down in the chair and he gave up. The way he described how she would be holding down my daughter, by as many " big strong" men as needed in order to give he a shot made me so mad. He does not believe in oral sedation. As we talked he was telling me the dose of medications he would have to give her to make sure she was out. Then didn't have the proper equipment to move her on to the OR table. We will not be going back. We will drive the 35 miles to the other side of town to a dentist that knows how to deal with kids.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS TO THIS OFFICE.

They are excellent with mentally challenged and profoundly fearful children. They went above and beyond to help us with our special needs child. They are now our regular dentist for all of our children. Highly recommended for extremely fearful children and all other kids too!
