They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

Disrespectful stuff, horrible office hours. I had to go to this dentist to get a referral to an oral surgeon. It was really difficult to schedule an appointment with them since they hardly ever work after 6 pm and are closed on weekends. It is mostly impossible to reach them during the day- nobody picks up and nobody returns voice mails. My coworkers saw how many times I called them and nobody picked up. So , after waiting for my appointment for nearly 3 weeks, I was 1 minute away from their office when I got a call from them saying that I'm late for my appointment. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding between myself and the receptionist( incredibly rude woman) she said my appointment is right now and i'm already 6 minutes late so I shouldn't even bother to come in. I told her I needed only a referral b/c I had an appointment scheduled with an oral surgeon for a serious procedure the following Friday. She didn't care. She told me they don't have any openings any time soon. If only I knew I had my appointment 10 min earlier, I would have left my work earlier, but not only she didn't care that it was a misunderstanding but also didn't take into consideration that I had to take a day off from my job for the surgery( which is not that easy at all). Don't go to them- they don't respect their customers.
