They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. You rip a wisdom & molar put 6 stitches in & tell me I don't need any pain med or anti-biotic?? 4 hours later my mouth is hurting worse than when I went in... Butchers...

I went and had a tooth x-rayed. The dentist said it needed to be extracted and gave me antibiotics and told me to come back in a week. Twenty minutes before my appointment, they called me and said my dentist "does not feel comfortable doing this extraction", and offered to switch my appointment to a different dentist. That dentist gave me approximately 8 injections of novocaine over a 20 minute period, and failed to place the injections in the proper place. When he attempted to extract the tooth it was the worst pain I've ever had in my life. He ignored my screams and held me down and proceeded to rip the tooth out, telling me "You can't move around while I'm in your mouth!". He was extremely rude, egotistical, and uncaring, as well as having no compassion as to my pain, and apparently was not knowledgable about using different techniques of numbing the lower jaw. I wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it.
