I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
